Salon Director and Head Training Technician

Lisa established Salon Sienna in 2003 and has led the salon to multiple awards, including ‘Colourist of the Year’ for three consecutive years. Her expertise in colour transformations, balayage, and bespoke hair services has made her a respected figure in the industry. Lisa’s vision has always been to create a salon that offers excellence in hairdressing and a welcoming, luxurious experience for every client.
The Salon Sienna team continually trains and evolves, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations. Their collective expertise and passion for delivering outstanding client experiences make Salon Sienna an award-winning and much-loved salon in Manchester.
Lisa is also our head training technician and founder of Salon Sienna Training Academy.
Lisa is also a charity ambassador for Hair Reborn, using her expertise and knowledge to help and support other women who are in the process of loosing or re-growing their hair following chemotherapy treatment.
ANITA
Master Stylist & Colour Specalist
Anita is a Master Stylist, with 25 years experience in the industry making her a very experienced and knowledgeable hairdresser. Formerly a manageress at a Bury salon, Anita joined the salon sienna team 15 years ago and works hard in the industry loves and is very passionate about hair, she has list of loyal clientele that have been coming for years. Anita also specialised in scalp care and fine fining hair with the knowledge of Nioxin.
Anita is a highly experienced stylist renowned for her technical precision and innovative approach to colouring. She has been trained by some of the industry’s leading brands and is committed to providing bespoke colour services tailored to each client’s style.
JENNI
Client Experience Manager & Master Stylist
Jenni plays a dual role within Salon Sienna, combining her expertise as a Master Stylist with her passion for exceptional customer service as Client Experience Manager.
As a Master Stylist, Jenni is highly skilled in precision cutting, advanced colouring techniques, and bespoke hair transformations. With years of experience in the industry, she has a deep understanding of hair textures, face shapes, and the latest trends, ensuring that each client leaves with a look that is both flattering and tailored to their lifestyle. In her role as Client Experience Manager, Jenni ensures that every guest at Salon Sienna enjoys a seamless and welcoming visit. From the moment clients step through the door, she is dedicated to providing a warm, professional, and personalised service, making sure each appointment runs smoothly and every client feels valued.
Jenni’s combination of technical expertise and exceptional customer care makes her an invaluable part of the Salon Sienna team, Her kind nature, banter and positive optimism for life has gained her an incredibly loyal clientele, many of whom treat her like a friend.

Master Stylist & Cutting Specialist
Heather is a highly experienced Master Stylist renowned for her precision cutting and personalised approach to hair styling. With years of expertise in advanced cutting techniques, she specialises in creating bespoke haircuts that enhance each client’s natural features, hair texture, and personal style.
Her deep understanding of shape, movement, and structure allows her to craft everything from classic, timeless styles to modern, trend-driven cuts. Whether it’s a sharp, tailored bob, seamless layers, or a complete transformation, Heather’s meticulous attention to detail ensures every client leaves with a look that suits their individuality
MILLIE
Head Spa Specialist, Scalp Care Expert & Graduate Stylist
Millie is a dedicated Head Spa Specialist and Scalp Care Expert, offering clients a luxurious and results-driven approach to scalp health and relaxation. As part of the Head Spa MCR by Salon Sienna, she specialises in deep cleansing treatments, scalp exfoliation, and therapeutic massages, designed to promote hair growth, relieve tension, and enhance overall well-being.
In addition to her expertise in scalp care, Millie is also a Graduate Stylist, continuously refining her skills in cutting, colouring, and styling under the mentorship of Salon Sienna’s senior team. Her passion for hairdressing, combined with her in-depth knowledge of scalp health, allows her to provide a holistic approach to hair and beauty, ensuring that clients not only look great but also feel their best.
Millie’s warm and attentive nature, combined with her technical expertise, makes her a valued member of the Salon Sienna team, delivering both exceptional hairdressing services and a deeply relaxing Head Spa MCR experience.
ISABELLE
Head of Backwash Experience
Isabelle is an integral part of the Salon Sienna team, specialising in providing every client a luxurious and rejuvenating backwash experience. As Head of Backwash Experience, she ensures that each shampoo and conditioning treatment is relaxing and beneficial, using expert massage techniques to promote scalp health and enhance overall well-being.
Her attention to detail and dedication to client comfort create a spa-like experience at the backwash, making it a favourite part of many clients’ visits. Isabelle’s knowledge of premium hair care products ensures that every treatment is tailored to individual hair needs, leaving clients feeling refreshed, pampered, and ready for their styling service.
ROBYN
Head Of Marketing
Robyn is the creative force behind Salon Sienna’s brand and digital presence, leading all marketing initiatives as Head of Marketing. With a passion for the hair and beauty industry, she oversees social media, promotions, client engagement, and brand strategy, ensuring that Salon Sienna remains at the forefront of industry trends.
Robyn is responsible for curating content that showcases the salon’s award-winning services, from stunning hair transformations to behind-the-scenes glimpses of the team in action as well as creating content on our brand new Head spa. She plays a key role in building client relationships through engaging campaigns, exclusive offers, and community outreach.
Her expertise in digital marketing and brand development ensures that Salon Sienna continues to grow, attract new clients, and maintain its reputation as one of Manchester’s leading salons.
SIENNA
Papillion Make up & Beauty
Sienna Skye has now joined the salon sienna team! Lisa the salon director is delighted to have her beautiful daughter as part of her team. Sienna is a qualified Makeup Artist with a Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Hair and Media Makeup Artistry. This was followed after an 18-week makeup training course and a thorough weekend of SFX training at The Pout Patrol beauty salon which she was certified an overall merit in. She soon after also undertook training with Kylie Jenner’s make-up artist Ariel Tejada.
JESS
Graduate Stylist
Jess is a talented Junior Stylist at Salon Sienna, known for her flawless blow-dries and expert finishing techniques. With a passion for styling, she specialises in creating bouncy, long-lasting blow-dries, sleek and polished finishes, and effortless waves tailored to each client’s preferences.
As she continues to develop her skills in cutting and colouring under the guidance of the senior team, Jess brings a fresh, creative energy to the salon. Her keen eye for detail and dedication to client satisfaction make her a go-to for anyone looking for beautifully styled hair with a professional touch
